If you're looking for old school customer service, like the kind where a tech actually listens to you, offers recommendations, and even sends you a hand-written thank you card, well you've found the right place. I called ACC to have a carpet cleaned when I moved in. Ted was a carpet wizard, and he took a shabby, dirty carpet and transformed it into something I could actually be happy to live with. He also gave me tips on how to care for this specific type of carpet. Their prices are incredibly reasonable, and thier customer service is not something you can put a price on. I will absolutely call ACC when I need service again!
